Clubs WA 2011 Awards for Excellence

We understand that you may be busy with the day-to-day running of your club.
That’s why, we’re offering to assist you in completing your nominations.

• No lengthy paperwork.
• No struggling with the computer.
• We do all your hard work for you!
• But we do need an Expression of Interest from YOU!

1.    Fill out the attached Expression of Interest Form and send it back to us by Monday, 24th January 2011.
2.    From there, we contact you, ask some questions regarding the award category and we complete the nomination for you!
3.    We visit your club to record your comment and additions to our evaluation.
By spending only 45 mins in total, your club has a lot to gain by nominating in these prestigious awards!
